The MSV BRNO International Engineering Fair is the most significant and influential industrial exhibition in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its inception, it has been regarded as the region’s largest and most professional industrial event. The 65th edition will take place from October 7 to 10, 2025, at the Brno Exhibition Centre, with full support from the Czech government. The fair focuses on engineering, electrical engineering, and machine tools, comprehensively showcasing the latest manufacturing technologies, machinery, and industrial solutions.

MSV BRNO enjoys a high level of international participation, drawing more than 1,300+ exhibitors from 42+ countries each year, with half coming from outside the Czech Republic. In 2023, the event welcomed 59,616 visitors from 43 countries. Nearly 80% of attendees had influence over investment decisions, and one-third were important executives, underscoring the fair’s role as a key platform for procurement and strategic decision-making. Major visitor countries included Slovakia, Poland, Germany, Hungary, Austria, and France, reflecting its broad appeal across Europe.

The exhibition covers a wide range of sectors, including machine tools, metal cutting and forming machinery, components, drives, forging equipment, welding and heat treatment technologies, measurement and testing instruments, automation and digital factory solutions, logistics and transport systems, surface treatment, and services from research institutions. In recent years, with the rise of Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing, the fair has emphasized “digital factories” and “advanced automation” as core themes, showcasing technologies for production digitalization, data integration, and efficiency improvements—key directions for the future of manufacturing.

Located in the heart of Europe, the Czech Republic is one of the most developed economies in Central and Eastern Europe. Its highly industrialized economy centers on machinery, metalworking, automotive, and transportation equipment, with the automotive sector being the most competitive and attractive to foreign investment. For Taiwanese machine tool and automation equipment manufacturers, MSV BRNO is not only the gateway to Eastern Europe but also a vital link to the strong demand in Europe’s metalworking, automotive, and manufacturing industries.

Beyond exhibitions, MSV BRNO features a rich program of accompanying events, including professional conferences, seminars, and workshops, serving as a hub for knowledge exchange and business cooperation. Surveys from 2023 indicate that exhibitors highly valued the fair for its effectiveness in building networks, entering new markets, and enhancing brand visibility.

In conclusion, MSV BRNO is more than just a trade fair—it is a major industrial event that connects technology, business, and professionals. The 2025 edition will continue to lead the way in industrial digitalization and smart manufacturing, providing an outstanding platform for global buyers and manufacturers to explore innovations, forge partnerships, and stay ahead of industry trends.
